Kentwood Assessor's Office

The City Assessor is responsible for the annual appraisal of all properties in the City of Kentwood: residential, commercial, industrial, vacant and personal. There are approximately 18,400 parcels in the City. The total SEV in 2012 is $2,052,780,000 at 50% of True Cash Value. Field work is part of our daily routine, visiting both existing properties and new construction.
