62-B District Court
Criminal Division
You must personally appear for arraignment on the date and time given to you by the police officer or the jail.
Arraignments are held on Tuesday beginning at 9:30 A.M. If you plead not guilty at the arraignment you will be given a date and time to return to court for a pretrial. At the pretrial you will meet with the prosecuting attorney to discuss your case. If your case is not resolved at the pretrial conference, you must appear on your trial date (which also was given to you at the time of arraignment).
