    Activity Leader – City of Kentwood: Responsible for planning and implementing program activities; supervising program participants, projects, and special events. 
     
    Requirements: High School diploma/GED and one year experience in recreation and/or cultural facility or community program planning and administration; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status – MI Driver’s License, CPR, First Aid and AED certification within 6 months of date of employment.
     
    This is a part time position with a pay rate of $10.00 per hour.

    The salary range is $18.00 - $19.00, dependent upon skill level and experience. 32-40 various hours per week, with some benefits available.

  • Police Cadet

    The Kentwood Police Department is looking for police cadets to work part-time within the Department. Applicants must be enrolled as full time college students in a criminal justice program. Applicants must be able to work at least 20 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday. Starting pay is $10 per hour. Applicants must complete a City of Kentwood job application and forward it to the Kentwood Police Department Staff Services Bureau.
