    c. Res. -16 to set a Public Hearing for Consideration of an application for an Industrial Facilities

        Exemption Certificate for Swoboda, Inc. located at 4108 52nd St. SE.

    d. Approval of the recognition of five engineering firms as pre-qualified and authorization for

        City staff to solicit bids exclusively from these firms, subject to limitations.

    e. Receive and file General Revenue and Expenditure reports for months ended December 31,

        2015 and January 31, 2016.

    f. Receive and file Cash and Pooled Investments report for December 31, 2015.

    g. Receive and file Investment Performance Analysis for December 31, 2015.

      b. Petition of the City of Kentwood Treasurer to strike the 2006 – 2010 and prior years

          Delinquent Personal Property taxes from the rolls. (voice vote)

      c. Request of North Country Woods, LLC for approval of the Final Preliminary Plat of the

          Woodbury Center platted subdivision located at 44th St. and Middlebury Dr. (voice vote)

          Kentwood for construction engineering and inspection services for the construction of the

          Heyboer Drain Trail project and the Kellogg Woods Parking Lot project. (voice vote)

      e. Authorize the purchase of a Monroe hydraulic front snow plow from Truck & Trailer
