1. Call meeting to order at 7:00 P.M.

     a. Receive and file minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held on October 6, 2015.

     b. Authorize purchase of a replacement gymnasium floor at the of Kentwood Recreation Center
         from Dynamic Sports Construction in the amount of $47,320, with a total proposed
         expenditure of $51,320 with funds from the FY2015-2016 Property and Building Fund
         budget.

     c. Authorize purchase of a chain link fencing installation for Kelloggwoods Park from Alto
         Fencing Services in the amount of $12,949.50 for the creation of a dog park, with a total 
         proposed expenditure of $15,650 with funds from the FY2015-2016 Park Millage Fund
         budget.

     d. City Payables.


8. Approve minutes of the regular City Commission Meeting held on October 6, 2015 as
    distributed (voice vote).

     a. Request for Fireworks Permit for Art Van Furniture Store at 4375 – 28th St., SE for fireworks
         display on November 12, 2015 (voice vote).

3833 Soundtech Court, SE (roll call vote).
