Applicant: Lynn Garreau
Location: 1677 Gentian Drive, SE
Request: The applicant wishes to construct a 384 square foot detached accessory building. The Kentwood Zoning Ordinance limits the size of the accessory building to 250 square feet. The requested variance is for an increase in area of 134 square feet.

Applicant: City of Kentwood
Location: 4800 & 4900 Breton Avenue, SE
Request: The applicant wishes to construct a new 45,230 square foot public library. The developed would be located on two separate lots with the majority of the parking on one lot and the building on the second lot. The Kentwood Zoning Ordinance requires that the development be located on the same parcel. The applicant is requesting that the two lots be considered as a single lot for use and development purposes.
