The City Clerk is the keeper of all City records. The Clerk is also responsible for all elections, voter registration, licensing of businesses, cemetery plots, and serves as Clerk to the City Commission.
The Clerk's Office provides assistance and information in the following areas:
- Register to vote
- Absentee voting
- Business licensing (including snow plowing and trash hauling)
- Placement of items on commission/committee agendas
- Maintains the official record
- Provide copies of city ordinance
- Provide city, county and state maps
- Maintains Cemetery Records
- Passport Acceptance Agent (passport photo service available) checks or money
orders only.
