    Responsible for the inspection and enforcement of property maintenance and nuisance complaints; provides follow-up inspection to ensure compliance.
     
    Requirements: Associate’s degree criminal justice, public administration, or a closely related field; AND two years of experience in the inspection of properties for housing, zoning, building or related code enforcement; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
    State of Michigan Driver’s license. LEIN certification within six months of date of employment.
     
    Salary range is $17.79 - $24.91, dependent upon skill level and experience.
    This is a part time position with variable hours.

    Responsible for performing maintenance duties related to the care and maintenance of City facilities, equipment, buildings, parks, grounds, cemetery, streets, drains, water and wastewater infrastructure.
     
    Requirements: High School diploma/GED and one year of maintenance experience that includes operation of construction vehicles and equipment; OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. MI CDL Driver’s License, Class A with Tanker “N” endorsement within 3 months of date of employment.
     
    Salary range is $15.81 - $22.13, dependent upon skill level and experience. This is a full time position with excellent benefits.
