The City of Kentwood is accepting applications for a full time Probation Officer who will be responsible for monitoring and supervising probationers and for enforcing adherence to the court ordered conditions of probation.
Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice, sociology or a field related to the work; AND two (2) years of experience in probation services, OR an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Michigan Driver's License, LEIN certification and Preliminary Breathalizer Testing certification is also required.
